Paul Connor
Paul Connor is a partner of Connor and Solomon Architects. Paul completed his architectural degree with honours at The University of Sydney in 1985 whereupon his work was exhibited in the Royal Australian Institute Of Architects’ ‘Vintage 85’ exhibition. He spent six years associated with Bruce James and the internationally renowned architect John Andrews, collaborating on a wide range of award winning projects. Whilst in Paris, Paul won tenure to the Academie des Architectes Cité Internationale Des Arts studio and then completed a Master of Fine Arts at the University of New South Wales College of Fine Arts. In 1996, he was awarded first class honours and co-founded Connor & Solomon Architects. Since then, the partnership has enjoyed much publication of its many completed buildings and Paul has had many solo and joint art exhibitions, being represented in both government and private collections. Paul is the founding director of the NSW Parliament Plein Air Painting Prize.
